I recently developed a content automation system using OpenAI, powering the Veluzian.com site behind the scenes.

Operating tirelessly around the clock, the system automatically generates content for the website running on WordPress platform.

I designed the system to submit articles as drafts every 3 days. Then a human editor will perform fact-checking before final publication.

PropertyLocator.ph

PropertyLocator relied on a paid WordPress real estate plugin to manage property listings. Over time, the plugin became a liability. Each update risked breaking the site, and the heavy scripts slowed down performance. The platform became difficult to maintain and unnecessarily complex.

I rebuilt the entire listing workflow using a custom system that removed the dependency on third-party plugins. The new system focuses only on the essential functions: fast property search, a simple listing process for agents, and a straightforward inquiry/booking system that connects buyers with agents quickly.

The result is a fast, stable, and simplified platform. The website now loads significantly faster, is easier to manage, and runs on a clean system architecture designed for reliability and long-term performance.

GF Fluid SlideShow

I developed GF Slideshow as a lightweight and flexible slideshow solution designed to seamlessly adapt to the size of its parent container.

Built with efficiency in mind, it uses a minimal JavaScript footprint—only about 2KB unminified—making it fast and performance-friendly for modern websites.

Anyone can copy this script and use it for their own projects.

DxRay

DxRAY – an X-ray see-through effect experiment, is an original interactive visual concept I developed using modern web technologies.

After encountering a similar promotional tool built in Flash, I was inspired to recreate and enhance the idea from scratch using jQuery.

DxRAY reflects my initiative to modernize and improve the concept without relying on outdated platforms. While the current version is optimized for desktop and still requires enhancements for mobile compatibility, it stands as a fully original creation and a solid foundation for further refinement and expansion.

I created this project purely for fun, driven by curiosity and a desire to experiment. I have seen this program being used on a lottery website as an additional entertainment tool for their visitors.

While additional enhancements such as search engine visibility, performance optimization, and advanced traffic conversion strategies could further strengthen the platform, these improvements were outside the scope of the owner’s current requirements at the time of completion.

The project was delivered according to the client’s instructions, providing a functional content platform ready for future expansion, optimization, and marketing initiatives.

I developed MoreThanTemplates in 2009 as an instant website builder to simplify and accelerate launching fully functional websites.

Later that same year, WealthTraders assumed responsibility for the script and continued its evolution. Over time, the platform was significantly enhanced, transforming it from a simple builder into a more advanced system capable of generating complete websites with instant, ready-to-use content.

This progression reflects the original vision of creating a fast, efficient, and scalable solution for building websites with minimal manual effort.

Since WealthTraders has ceased operations, the work I previously contributed to the platform is unfortunately no longer available for others to view or benefit from.

Rewards Direct

I developed the Rewards Direct program for an Australian-based company that needed a robust reward system for its loyal customers.

This platform was built as a complete, integrated solution that combines content management, credit card processing, a fulfillment system, and a voucher and rewards engine.

I ensured the system is scalable, secure, and capable of handling real-time transactions and customer interactions, delivering a seamless and efficient rewards experience.

Like many companies in the industry, Rewards-Direct eventually discontinued its operations for reasons that were not publicly disclosed. As a result, the program I developed in collaboration with them has also come to an end.

While it is unfortunate that the work I invested into the project is no longer being utilized, I remain grateful for the opportunity to have contributed my efforts during the time the program was active.
