Most services involve time, expertise, planning, and technical implementation, which begin immediately after a project is initiated.

2. Deposits and Project Initiation

For most custom development or consulting projects, a deposit or upfront payment may be required before work begins.

Once a project has started and work has commenced:

Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they compensate for time spent on:

  • research

  • planning

  • architecture design

  • system analysis

  • consultation and strategy

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Before Work Begins - If a client cancels a project before any work has started, a refund may be issued minus any transaction or administrative fees.

  • Duplicate Payments - If a duplicate payment is accidentally made, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

  • Billing Errors - If a billing error occurs, the incorrect amount will be corrected and refunded if necessary.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Work has already started on a project

  • Time has been spent on consultation, planning, or development

  • The client changes their mind after the project has begun

  • The client fails to provide required materials, access, or feedback needed to complete the work

  • Delays or issues occur due to third-party services or platforms outside our control

Custom development and consulting services are labor-based services, and payments compensate for the time and expertise provided.

5. Subscription or Maintenance Services

If ongoing services such as maintenance, support, or system management are offered on a recurring basis:

  • Clients may cancel future billing at any time.

  • Cancellation will stop future charges, but previous payments are non-refundable.

6. Digital Deliverables

If a service includes digital products, software, systems, or downloadable materials, refunds will not be provided once the deliverables have been provided or accessed.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • suspension of services

  • termination of project access

  • additional administrative handling
